The Supply Chain Analyst is responsible for integrating and analyzing data from ERP, production, purchasing, logistics, and quality systems to deliver actionable insights. The analyst will develop dashboards, automate reporting, and support process improvements to enhance service, reduce costs, and optimize inventory—all while maintaining compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain data pipelines connecting ERP, production, inventory, purchasing, and logistics systems.

Standardize and validate master data (unit conversions, lead times, minimum order quantities, shelf life, lot tracking) to ensure accuracy and reduce redundancies

Translate demand and supply data into clear exception reports and inventory dashboards

Model safety stock and reorder points using service-level methodologies; monitor and analyze lead time variability.

Enhance automation of shipping workflows (from request to receipt), including timestamp tracking, SLA monitoring, and automated alerts; ensure documentation is properly stored.

Track the accuracy and timeliness of advance shipping notices (ASN) and measure their impact on receiving operations.

Develop supplier performance scorecards, tracking on-time delivery, quality issues, responsiveness, lead time adherence, and price trends.

Publish daily and weekly reports highlighting short-term execution exceptions and preparing for sales and operations planning (S&OP) meetings.

Develop and maintain analytical models and dashboards using Power BI and Excel; create automated workflows with Power Automate.

Write basic SQL queries; Python skills for advanced analytics are a plus.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Data/Business Analytics, or related field

4+ years of experience in supply chain analytics or planning within a manufacturing environment

Advanced skills in Excel/Power Query; proficiency in Power BI (DAX, data modeling) and SQL; experience with ERP systems

Familiarity with MRP, BOMs, safety stock modeling, unit conversions, lot/expiry management, and COA processes.

Strong communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations; continuous improvement mindset.
Salary Range: $80,000-$90,000
