Supply Chain Analyst

We are seeking a Sr. Analyst or Supply Chain Analyst to join the Delivery Excellence team within an Apparel / Accessories Manufacturing organization . This role focuses on factory management , delivery execution , and supply chain planning alignment .

The ideal candidate has experience in supply chain, planning, manufacturing, logistics, or operations , thrives in a fast-paced environment , and can translate complex manufacturing issues into clear insights. This is a high-visibility role requiring cross-functional collaboration , stakeholder management , and rapid decision-making .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Capacity Management and factory capacity strategy with partner teams
• Perform demand validation and capacity adjustments based on business needs
• Drive Delivery Management via weekly operational cadence
• Manage PO/GAC tracking, reconciliation, and exception management
• Own Supplier Relationship Management for 2 key factories
• Oversee key programs:
• NBA Jersey Replenishment
• NA NVS Fleece Rebuys
• TEAM Park Deliveries
• Act as Factory Liaison across Sourcing, Logistics, DC Operations, Planning
• Simplify and communicate complex supply chain issues to technical & executive stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Business or related field) or equivalent experience
• 3–5 years experience in:
• Supply Chain / Planning
• Order Management / Purchasing
• Manufacturing / Production Environment
• Operations / Project Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and Data Processing Ability
• Advanced MS Excel (Mandatory)
• Excellent Communication Skills (Tactical & Executive Level)
• Proven Cross-functional Relationship Management

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Manufacturing / Factory Operations
• Knowledge of Near-shore / On-shore Manufacturing Ecosystems
• Experience with Tableau Prep, Alteryx, AI Tools
• Ability in Problem Translation & Stakeholder Communication
• Prior Planning Experience in Similar Environment (Highly Preferred)
• Spanish Language Skills (Nice to Have)
