DESCRIPTION
The Supply Chain Analyst – Senior is responsible for developing and delivering data-driven supply chain analytics that span across Business Units and functions, enabling visibility into operational performance, inventory optimization, logistics efficiency, and order management. The role supports strategic decision-making through data analysis, business intelligence, and cross-functional collaboration to achieve profitability, customer service, and inventory goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to gather and analyze cross-BU and cross-functional business requirements.
- Develop Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) and translate them into Technical Design Documents (TDDs) .
- Map source application tables and columns across systems including EBS, SAP, Kinaxis , and other enterprise platforms.
- Define and document business transformation rules and data logic to support integration and reporting initiatives.
- Create and manage JIRA stories , track progress, and ensure timely delivery of milestones in alignment with Agile practices.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by developing test cases, executing validation, and documenting results.
- Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure consistency and accuracy across systems and reports.
- Act as a techno-functional SME for Inventory and Planning processes with deep expertise in EBS and an understanding of its relationship with other enterprise systems.
- Work closely with Data Engineering and BI teams to ensure successful implementation of solutions in Snowflake and Power BI environments.
- Ensure Agile best practices are followed in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

- Material Planning: Utilizes advanced planning tools (e.g., Kinaxis , BI Dashboards) to optimize parts availability and inventory performance.
- Materials KPI Management: Analyzes KPIs to assess performance, identify gaps, and recommend improvement actions.
- Values Differences: Appreciates and leverages diverse perspectives and cultural differences for better outcomes.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in Supply Chain Analytics, Data Analysis, or Business Systems .
- Hands-on experience with EBS, SAP, Kinaxis, Snowflake, and Power BI preferred.
- Exposure to Agile methodologies and cross-functional project delivery .
QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
- Licenses/Certifications: None required; certification in Six Sigma, APICS, or Agile/Scrum is an advantage.
