SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST / SUPPLY CHAIN SPECIALIST
JOB DESCRIPTION
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Data-driven and detail-oriented SCM Commercial Analytics Specialist to support supply
chain commercial with insightful analytics, reporting, and decision-making.
- Focus on optimizing supply chain performance, cost efficiency, demand forecasting and
strategic planning through data interpretation and visualization.
- Monitor and ensure Warehouse (WH) costs are tracked and maintained within the
approved budgets. Track actual costs booked against provisions; identify deviations and
coordinate with Group Accounts for necessary adjustments.
- Monitor month-end provisional costs; ensure alignment with budgets and escalate any
deviations with proper explanations and supporting evidence.
- Prepare monthly throughput and share location-wise cost statements with concept
allocation monthly.
- Monitor and report logistics costs, including (DP)-wise split of actual and provisional costs.
- Prepare monthly reports on productivity, PPC, and cost as a percentage of sales.
- Align all Transit Warehouse (TWH) costs under the overall Warehouse cost structure.
- Prepare monthly provisions, additional provisions, and rectifications.
- Obtain clarification and confirmation on open Purchase Orders (POs) at month-end;
instruct warehouses to take appropriate action.
- Prepare and maintain Warehouse KPIs for both offline and online operations.
- Generate WH-wise cost statements and share monthly with relevant stakeholders.
Lead the preparation of annual budgets (offline and online), with detailed cost
breakdowns and concept-wise allocation, ensuring warehouse teams stay aligned with
cost targets.
- Plan warehouse space and CAPEX requirements in alignment with the overall business
plan.
- Coordinate closely with the Warehouse team for monthly reviews and ensure productivity
levels and operational costs align with business requirements and targets.
- Work cross-functionally with internal teams to promptly address and resolve customer
complaints, issues, and queries within defined service timelines.
