The Role
- Responsible for all aspects of supply chain and order handling, ensuring the flow of raw materials and final products from suppliers to customers with on time delivery • Coordinates information flow between suppliers, customers, and transportation providers to ensure proper movement of shipments • Manage import, export, and cross-trade shipments; handle one pack and re-sale orders, including scheduling and communicating with suppliers. • Receive purchase orders, coordinate with the procurement devision preparing commercial offers to customers, analyze pricing, discuss with the customer the organization of purchases • Prepare and manage documentation, including invoice, issuance of Certificates of Origin from the Ministry of Economy or Chamber of Commerce; customs documentations; shipping documents • Conclusion of contracts with customers and suppliers, additional agreements, collection of documents for the portfolio of suppliers and customers; internal registers of suppliers, customers, sales; supply calendar
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in the same role preferably form automotive industry or general trading • Excellent understanding of INCO terms, regulations, and ISO requirements • Fluency in English !!! and Russian !!! is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages, is advantageous. • Proficiency in procurement software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office applications. • Must have strong knowledge of SAP and Excel • Knowledge of procurement best practices, contract management. • Immediate joiners will be prioritized !!!
