We are looking a Supply Chain and Operations Director for our global business partner.


Job Description:

-Lead all end-to-end Supply Chain functions (Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, EHS, Logistics, import/Export, Contract Manufacturing) to deliver Turkey business goals.

-Build and sustain a strong safety-first culture across manufacturing and logistics operations.

-Ensure full compliance with quality systems, regulatory requirements, and corporate codes of conduct.

-Drive consistently high OTIF performance across all business units by strengthening forecasting, production planning, material availability, and logistics execution.

-Optimize inventory health through disciplined controls, accurate cycle counting, and proactive SMOG (slow-moving & obsolete goods) reduction and prevention.

-Lead an effective and disciplined S&OP process to improve forecast accuracy, supply reliability, and cross-functional decision making.

-Elevate manufacturing and contract manufacturing performance, ensuring asset efficiency, quality, adherence to standards, and service reliability.

-Lead and optimize export operations, recognizing Turkey’s role as a critical regional hub, ensuring reliable, compliant, and cost-efficient export flows to sister companies and distributors.

-Deliver productivity savings through Lean/TPM, loss elimination, and process improvement initiatives to support gross margin expansion.

-Manage transport and warehouse expenses, driving logistics efficiency and optimizing distribution performance to ensure a highly competitive cost-to-serve.

-Develop and manage annual budgets, investment projects, and performance KPIs aligned with service, quality, safety, cost, and working capital targets.

-Strengthen supplier and logistics partner performance in collaboration with procurement and regional supply chain teams.

-Foster a high-engagement culture with strong emphasis on talent development, capability building, and employee growth.


Qualifications:

-Bachelor’s Degree ideally in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or an analytical discipline.

-MBA or Master’s preferred.

-APICS (CSCP, CLTD, SCOR-P) qualifications are an advantage.

-10–15 years’ experience in end-to-end supply chain roles within manufacturing environments. Manufacturing plant accountability experience is a must.

-Strong ability to motivate, lead, and influence teams at all levels.

-Proven experience improving OTIF, inventory turns and managing SMOG reduction.

-Strong command of P&L drivers and supply chain financial metrics.

-Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

-Excellent command of English.
