We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Supply Chain Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in supporting our procurement and logistics operations, focusing specifically on engineering and mechanical goods. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to maintaining vendor relationships.

  • Education: Preferably a degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain support, with a specific focus on engineering or mechanical goods.
  • Computer Proficiency: Strong practical knowledge of common office software suites (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace), particularly for data management and reporting.
  • Communication Skills: Ability to handle professional communication, primarily through email, to coordinate with vendors, logistics providers and Customers.
  • Organizational Skills: Organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to effectively maintain vendor relationships and collaborate with internal teams.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform all necessary office work on computers, including data entry, filing, and generating reports.
  • Documentation: Maintain up-to-date records of purchasing, pricing, and supplier information.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
