Key ResponsibilitiesSupply Chain & Operations
- Coordinate end-to-end import/export processes, including documentation, shipment tracking, and timely delivery.
- Work closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, purchase orders, and inventory.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents such as BL, packing list, invoices, COO, and other required certificates.
- Monitor daily shipment status and update customers proactively.
- Support the operations team in resolving shipment issues, delays, or escalations.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and industry regulations.
Client Communication
- Communicate with clients to understand their logistics and shipment requirements.
- Provide regular updates regarding shipment status, timelines, and delivery schedules.
- Respond to client queries professionally and ensure timely resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client expectations and service quality.
Sales Lead Generation & Business Support
- Identify potential sales opportunities during client interactions.
- Suggest suitable logistics services based on customer needs.
- Share potential leads with the Business Development team and help in follow-ups.
- Participate in basic market research to understand customer trends and competitor services.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic understanding of supply chain/logistics operations (training can be provided for freshers).
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email drafting, and CRM tools.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
