Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to support our daily warehouse and supply chain operations. This role involves coordinating warehouse activities, maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting logistics processes, and handling basic administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Open and close the warehouse/office according to operating schedules
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods against delivery documents
  • Conduct regular inventory checks and stock reconciliation
  • Update purchase invoices and inventory records in the company’s software/system
  • Pack, label, and prepare goods for dispatch
  • Coordinate shipments with forwarders, couriers, and relevant external agencies
  • Ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments
  • File and maintain accurate physical and digital records
  • Perform basic administrative duties related to warehouse and supply chain operations
  • Support the team with other ad-hoc tasks as required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹216,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

  • 25% (Required)
