Roles & Responsibilities

· Maintain accurate inventory levels of all products and raw materials.

· Track daily stock movement and update in Tally / Excel.

· Perform regular physical stock counting and reconcile with system records.

· Monitor slow-moving, non-moving and ageing inventory.

· Receive incoming material and verify quantity, specifications, and quality.

· Check purchase order vs. supplier invoice vs. actual received material.

· Prepare and update GRN (Goods Receipt Note) in system.

· Record batch / lot number, grade, size and storage location.

· Issue material as per delivery challan / job order / sales order.

· Coordinate with dispatch team for timely delivery of material to customers.

· Ensure correct picking, packing and quantity accuracy to avoid returns.

· Maintain inward/outward registers, stock ledger, and material request register.

· Maintain documentation for stock returns, replacements and damaged materials.

· Report variance, shortage or excess material to supervisor immediately.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree / Science Background.

· Certification in Warehouse / Logistics / Inventory System (Preferred but not mandatory).

· Proficiency in Inventory Management Software Tally (Preferred but not mandatory).

· Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, Data Entry, Stock Reports).

· Experience in handling industrial fasteners / hardware inventory (Preferred)
