About Role: We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supply Chain Leader to join our team. As a Supply Chain Leader, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and monitoring our overall supply chain strategy in order to maximize efficiency and productivity.

Innovation and consulting leader for a large portfolio of clients. Worked on bringing innovations in Advanced Analytics, Supply Chain, E-Commerce, Sales and Marketing, Customer Experience, and Talent Management Domains.

Your day at work will be like (Role & Responsibility)

• Understand current Supply Chain Planning and Execution – Business Process at Customer
• Compare current process with Industry standard L2 to L4 processes
• Make recommendations to Head of Supply Chain / Planners / Distribution Center Managers / Transportation / Logistics Managers
• Determine key supply chain KPIs
• Suggest solutions for process improvements
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Review different Platforms like JDA / Blue Yonder, O9, Kinaxis, One Network available to customers to resolve their business problems
• Be trained and have capabilities around various platforms mentioned above
• Define a program Plan and Roadmap
• Convert requirements of the customer to estimation and undertake pricing
• Provide thought leadership through White Papers and Industry forums
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
• Train and evaluate others
• Provide constructive feedback

Other responsibilities:

• Develop build and track the detailed project plan and all associated elements for o9 implementation
• Coordinate and align plans and deliverables with cross functional teams engaging with internal and external partners to ensure successful program delivery
• Own project lifecycles with direct responsibility of managing their budgets timelines build quality testing and operational readiness including confirming the completion and consistency of all projects and their readiness to go live
• Manage sprint cycles and plan on Jira and ADO board as needed
• Identify assess and mitigate program project level risks escalating to global leads when necessary
• Drive consistency and quality in the execution of projects using the appropriate methodology and tools
• Provide project reporting and status updates using scorecards status reports and monthly review meetings and leading stakeholder meetings
• Track budgets spend resource utilization procurement activities such as PO SOW etc.
• Confirm the completion and consistency of workstreams and their readiness to go live
• Manage the ownership and updating of the collaboration sits such as Teams and SharePoint
• Required Managing a supply planning program such as o9 or similar platforms
• Good to Know o9 Project management experience
