Sitemetric seeks a bar-raising Supply Chain Coordinator to support our supply chain operations. You will play a key role in advancing Sitemetric’s mission to modernize the jobsite by strengthening and scaling our supply chain operations. This position connects procurement, scheduling, and logistics with project execution, ensuring the right materials and equipment are delivered where and when they’re needed. By leveraging data-driven planning and continuous process improvement, this role helps Sitemetric evolve its supply chain into a more agile, technology-enabled system that supports seamless field operations and company growth.

About the Role

As Supply Chain Coordinator you will The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for coordinating procurement and production scheduling to ensure materials and components are available to meet project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. This role plays a key part in managing supplier relationships, optimizing inventory, and maintaining smooth supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities

This position reports to the VP of Customer Success, works across the entire organization, and includes the following responsibilities:

Procurement & Purchasing

  • Source, negotiate, and purchase materials, equipment, and services in alignment with company policies and project needs.
  • Analyze supplier proposals and select the most cost-effective and reliable options.
  • Maintain supplier contracts, track performance, and manage ongoing vendor relationships.
  • Ensure timely delivery of purchased goods and resolve any discrepancies in quality, quantity, or pricing.

Scheduling & Logistics

  • Develop and maintain production and delivery schedules to align with customer and project requirements.
  • Coordinate scheduling with operations, logistics, and project management teams.
  • Monitor material availability and proactively adjust schedules in response to delays, demand changes, or project updates.
  • Communicate schedule changes and potential supply disruptions to stakeholders promptly.

Inventory Management

  • Track inventory levels to minimize excess stock and prevent shortages.
  • Use ERP or supply chain management systems to maintain accurate data on material requirements, purchase orders, and deliveries.
  • Support continuous improvement efforts to optimize supply chain efficiency and reduce waste.

Forecasting, Analysis & Reporting

  • Manage internal sourcing planning process including product forecast for each material item.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
  • Assist in developing strategic sourcing initiatives and building supply chain resiliency.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in procurement, scheduling, or supply chain operations (construction, industrial, or technology sectors preferred).
  • Experience with ERP/MRP systems and supply chain software tools.
  • Willingness to participate in pre-employment screening process (drug screen and background checks)

Preferred

  • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and coordination across departments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and scheduling tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communicator—skilled writer, dynamic public speaker, and confident with senior audiences.
  • Data-driven mindset with exceptional ROI-tracking and analysis skills.

Additional Information

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $65,000 to $80,000 per year. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and jobsite upon which work is being performed, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, credentials, and experience.
