Supply Chain Coordinator

Job Summary & Purpose:

Stock In flow and Out flow management from and to vendors


Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities:
1 Plan and controls in and out flow of stocks to and from the warehouse
2 Order Fill Rate and coordination with vendor to improve fill rate
3 Plans and coordinates time for vendor to visit for stock receiving and picking
4 Check the existing Purchase returns and coordinate with WH and vendor on pickups
5 Point of contact between vendors and WH
6 Promotion Stock Planning and ensuring timely delivery of stocks
7 Higher Fill rate and ensure zero returns pending at warehouse.
8 Timely arrival of vendors as per the schedule.





Requirements

Experience
(Yrs & Field) 2yrs+ in supply chain retail
Educational Qualification Preferably Graduate, MS Excel
Professional Certifications Knowledge of ERP system – SAP/others
Skills & Abilities Vendor Management, Inventory management, demand forecasting
