Job Title: Supply Chain Coordinator

Position Summary
The Supply Chain Coordinator is responsible for managing inventory, ordering supplies, and supporting operational efficiency across all spa locations. This role ensures all products, materials, and supplies are consistently stocked, well-organized, and cost-effectively managed to support daily operations and an exceptional client experience.
Key Responsibilities
Inventory Management
- Perform regular inventory counts (weekly and monthly) across all locations
- Complete month-end physical inventory on the last day of each month (including weekends as needed)
- Track and manage medical, retail, and office supply levels
- Monitor usage trends and adjust inventory levels accordingly
- Ensure treatment rooms and storage areas are fully stocked and organized
- Assist with cost tracking and identify opportunities for savings
Ordering & Vendor Coordination
- Place and track orders for all supplies, including:
- Toxins, fillers, and medical supplies
- Office, laundry, and cleaning supplies
- Retail/boutique inventory
- Coordinate inventory transfers between locations as needed
- Manage vendor relationships and communicate regarding orders, delays, and discrepancies
- Identify opportunities to improve ordering processes and reduce costs
Operational Support
- Coordinate printing and in-spa materials
- Assist with stocking and organization of treatment rooms
- Support transportation and logistics of supplies and equipment between locations
- Ensure consistent availability of daily operational items (e.g., office supplies, client amenities)
Systems & Organization
- Maintain accurate inventory records and tracking systems
- Ensure proper check-in/check-out processes for inventory
- Keep storage areas clean, organized, and efficient
- Uphold cleanliness, organization, and brand standards across all locations
- Support ongoing process improvements related to supply chain and operations
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple products and vendors
- Business-minded with an understanding of inventory control and cost management
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proficient in Excel or inventory tracking systems
- Previous experience in inventory, supply chain, or operations preferred
