Supply Chain Coordinator

Supply Chain Administrative Assistant

Location: Richmond, CA (Hybrid - 2 days remote, 1 day every other week remote)

Job Type: Temporary, Full-Time until September 2026

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Pay Rate: $24–$29/hour (Hourly, Non‑Exempt)



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Supply Chain team and Senior Supply Chain Director
  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and department communications
  • Prepare, update, and maintain reports, spreadsheets, and documentation
  • Support data entry, tracking, and filing related to supply chain operations
  • Assist with correspondence, scheduling, and general office tasks
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment


Minimum Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+ years of administrative or operations support experience in a professional setting
  • Preference for experience in supply chain, logistics, or foodservice distribution
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel


Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate Degree or higher
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, time-management, and multitasking abilities
