Supply Chain Coordinator - Customer Receivable

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Experience: 2–4 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, receivables management, or logistics coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage customer receivables.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with customers & the sales team for overdue balances.
• Maintain a comprehensive record of collections, commitments & outstanding receivables.
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and logistics teams to ensure accurate billing and timely payment collection.
• Work closely with the finance team to reconcile receivable balances with customers and ensure financial accuracy.
• Enforce and monitor credit limits & payment terms in line with company policy.
• Resolve disputes, debit/credit note issue, or unmatched transaction promptly.
• Ensure proper documentation and record management for all supply chain and receivable-related transactions.
• Sent invoices to customer and arrange income tax challans from customers.
• Make in house conversion report to maintain customer yarn balances.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per hour
