Supply Chain Officer -Order Management

Mind's Eye Consultancy is looking for Supply Chain Officer - Order Management for it's leading client located at Karachi.

Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Supply Chain Officer – Order Management to manage and coordinate customer orders from receipt to delivery. The role requires close coordination with sales, production, warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure timely order processing and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, review, and process customer orders in the system.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to confirm order specifications, quantities, and delivery timelines.
• Monitor order status and ensure timely execution from production to dispatch.
• Liaise with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure smooth shipment and delivery of orders.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, deliveries, and customer communications.
• Resolve order-related issues, discrepancies, or delays in coordination with relevant departments.
• Prepare order status reports and updates for management.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and documentation standards.
• Support continuous improvement in order processing and supply chain operations.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience

• 2–3 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, or Logistics.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong organizational and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of order management processes and supply chain operations.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple orders simultaneously.

Preferred

• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environment will be an advantage.
