Supply Chain Coordinator (Female)

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Female Supply Chain Coordinator to manage and streamline our procurement and inventory flow. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring that materials and products move efficiently through the supply chain while maintaining cost-effectiveness and timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations including purchasing, logistics, and inventory control.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and maintain optimal stock levels across all locations.
• Communicate effectively with suppliers for order confirmations, delivery schedules, and payment follow-ups.
• Prepare and maintain purchase orders, GRNs, and supplier records using SAP B1 / ERP system.
• Monitor inbound and outbound logistics to prevent delays and stock shortages.
• Support vendor evaluation and assist in developing long-term supplier relationships.
• Collaborate closely with Accounts, Warehouse, and Operations teams to ensure smooth order flow.
• Analyze inventory reports and highlight discrepancies or slow-moving stock.
• Ensure all supply chain activities align with company policies and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 2–4 years in a supply chain or procurement role, preferably within retail, FMCG, or hospitality.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience in SAP B1, MS Excel, and data reporting.
• Soft Skills: Strong coordination, time management, and negotiation abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
