Supply Chain & Customer Service Coordinator – Temp for 1 Year

Who We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics & Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred)
  • 2–3 years of experience in customer service within a supply chain environment, or a background in logistics and customs
  • Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, planning, and organizational skills
  • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate across functions
  • Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
  • Proficient in MS Office applications; strong experience with SAP (SD module preferred)


What You'll Be Doing:

  • Act as the key point of contact, ensuring daily communication with sales teams, customers, internal departments, warehouses, freight forwarders, and suppliers
  • Accurately enter and manage customer orders in SAP, ensuring timely progression and execution
  • Provide customers with accurate and timely updates regarding their orders and shipments
  • Proactively communicate any credit or account-related issues affecting order processing, using a professional and solution-oriented approach
  • Keep customers informed of any changes to delivery timelines or shipment schedules
  • Prepare commercial documentation and coordinate with freight forwarders for both inbound and outbound shipments
  • Manage customer requirements efficiently, ensuring timely responses and support for documentation needs


Essentials

Fluence in English and Arabic is a plus

Degree in chemistry or similar


Desirables

At least one/two years of sales or similar experience is preferred
