Job Title: Supply Chain & Data Analysis Executive

We are looking for a results-driven and analytical professional who can independently handle supply chain functions while providing actionable insights through data analysis. The ideal candidate should be flexible and system-independent, with the ability to work efficiently across various ERP, POS, or internal platforms and quickly adapt to new systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities
Supply Chain & Operations:
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain activities including purchasing, inventory control, warehousing, and distribution
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure uninterrupted stock availability
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning to minimize stockouts and excess inventory
- Improve logistics efficiency, reduce lead times, and control operational costs
- Ensure adherence to company procedures and operational guidelines
Data Analysis & Reporting:
- Gather, analyze, and evaluate operational and supply chain data
- Prepare regular performance reports covering sales, inventory, procurement, and logistics
- Identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement using data insights
- Support management with forecasts, analysis, and data-backed recommendations
- Maintain data consistency, accuracy, and reliability across systems
Systems & Technology:
- Work effectively on ERP, POS, inventory, or customized systems with minimal onboarding
- Ensure accurate system entries and data reconciliation
- Coordinate with IT or system providers to improve workflows and system performance
- Quickly adapt to new tools, software, and internal platforms
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in supply chain, operations, or analytics roles
- Strong analytical capabilities with advanced Excel skills (experience with ERP or BI tools is a plus)
- Proven ability to work across multiple systems and quickly learn new software
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with KPIs, dashboards, and forecasting techniques
- Background in retail, distribution, or manufacturing environments
