Supply Chain Data Coordinator

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Supply Chain Data Coordinator role located in Doha, Qatar. The Supply Chain Data Coordinator will be responsible for organizing product and shipment data received from suppliers, maintaining structured records, and supporting coordination between suppliers, inventory, and e-commerce teams. The role involves tracking shipments, preparing product data, and ensuring operational accuracy as our e-commerce operations continue to scale.

Responsibilities

• Monitor supplier shipment updates and incoming product information

• Organize and maintain accurate product data using Excel or Google Sheets

• Prepare and share product lists with inventory and e-commerce teams

• Track shipment status and maintain up-to-date shipment records

• Ensure all incoming products are properly documented and structured

• Support management with operational reporting and updates

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)

• 1–3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce (preferred)

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets

• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

• Must be living in Qatar

• Must be ready to work immediately
