Furthermore, while Enerjisa Enerji offers renewable energy, efficiency, and green energy solutions to its customers via its Energy of My Business brand, the company also operates the first and fastest charging station network in Türkiye with Eşarj, the company of which Enerjisa owns majority of its shares.

What awaits you in this role

  • Identify opportunities and manage projects in supply chain for digital transformation, automation, continuous improvement and business development projects,
  • Establish strong collaboration with all supply chain teams, IT, finance and other relevant functions to extend the Centre of Excellence (CoE) approach across the entire organisation,
  • Establish and manage the master data governance model, policies and standards, and ensure that processes operate in compliance with legislation, internal controls and company standards,
  • Design control, approval and workflow mechanisms for master data creation, updating, blocking and deletion processes,
  • Define and manage data standards, business rules, naming conventions and quality criteria for master data relating to materials, suppliers/customers and G/L accounts,
  • Ensure the consistency and integrity of master data across SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG, SAP Ariba, EBA and relevant non-SAP systems,
  • Ensure master data requests are managed in accordance with SLA targets, with appropriate prioritisation and a focus on quality,
  • Design the master data ownership structure (Data Owner / Data Steward) in collaboration with relevant functions; clarify organisational roles and responsibilities,
  • Collaborate with IT and relevant business teams on master data dictionary, master data topology and master data lifecycle initiatives,
  • Monitor master data quality; define KPIs, control indicators and quality metrics, prepare regular management reports,
  • Manage root causes and implement sustainable improvement actions by analysing data-related operational risks, inefficiencies and recurring error areas,
  • Coordinate end-to-end activities—including business analysis, requirements management, testing/UAT, go-live and stabilisation—in master data, process development and digitalisation projects,
  • Drive process and reporting automation using Power BI and similar tools; develop analytical solutions to enhance data visibility,
  • Guide the resolution of user support requests; conduct training, awareness and user guide initiatives for business units.


What we expect


  • A graduate of a university degree programme in Industrial Engineering, Industrial Management, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Economics, Business Administration, Statistics or a similar field,
  • At least 5 years’ experience in master data management, preferably in process development and improvement, project management, business development, ERP processes or similar areas,
  • Preferably with experience working in multi-company or matrix organisational structures,
  • Experienced in the SAP ecosystem, preferably with S/4HANA, SAP MDG and SAP Ariba processes,
  • Proficient in supply chain processes, procurement, materials management, supplier data, G/L accounts and related end-to-end workflows,
  • Experienced in establishing master data governance models, creating policies/procedures, and designing control and approval mechanisms,
  • Competent in data quality management, KPI design, root cause analysis and continuous improvement,
  • Proficient in Power BI; able to effectively use data reporting tools,
  • Has played an active role in business analysis, project management, testing/UAT and digital transformation projects,
  • Strong communication, coordination and collabration skills,
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English,
  • Demonstrates future looking, analytical thinking, problem-solving, a results-oriented approach and a high sense of ownership; resilient and team-orientedAble to manage details whilst seeing the bigger picture; capable of building structures and has a strong focus on standardisation.
