Role Overview

As a Supply Chain Engineer at Praan, you will analyze, design, and optimize our supply chain processes to ensure smooth, cost-effective, and reliable operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to improve inventory flow, vendor relationships, and overall supply chain performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate current supply chain processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies to optimize cost, quality, and delivery.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, and manufacturing teams to forecast demand and align supply plans.
• Analyze supply chain KPIs to monitor performance and recommend enhancements.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and logistics partners.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards in supply chain operations.
• Document processes, create training materials, and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Stay updated on supply chain technologies and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain engineering, logistics, or operations.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using supply chain management software and tools.
• Excellent problem-solving and project management abilities.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration internally and with external partners.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with automation tools and ERP systems.
• Knowledge of sustainable supply chain practices.
• Familiarity with international logistics and vendor management.
