The Supply Chain Executive will manage procurement, vendor relationships, inventory, and logistics to ensure smooth material flow from suppliers to production to final delivery. This role involves close coordination with internal teams and external partners to maintain cost efficiency and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
Procurement & Vendor Management:

Identify and develop new suppliers, request RFQs, and negotiate costs and delivery terms.

Maintain supplier databases and track vendor performance.
Inventory Planning & Control:

Plan and maintain optimal inventory levels to avoid stockouts or excess stock.

Reconcile stock levels regularly using ERP or inventory management systems.
Logistics Coordination:

Plan inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time deliveries.

Liaise with freight forwarders, transporters, and customs agents as needed.
Documentation & Compliance:

Prepare and manage purchase orders, invoices, and shipping documents.

Ensure compliance with HSN codes, GST, import/export regulations, and audit requirements.
Cost & Process Optimization:

Track procurement costs and suggest cost-saving opportunities.

Work on process automation and ERP implementation for better efficiency.
Cross-functional Collaboration:

Coordinate closely with production, operations, and finance teams to align supply chain activities with business needs.
Key Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of procurement, logistics, and inventory concepts

Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets; ERP experience preferred

Good communication, negotiation, and vendor management skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, or related fields

1–3 years of relevant work experience in supply chain or procurement roles

Knowledge of import/export documentation and compliance is a plus
