Summary

We are looking for a Supply Chain & Inventory Executive with 3+ years of experience to manage day-to-day supply chain and inventory operations for our FMCG D2C business. This is a hands-on role requiring strong coordination, data accuracy, and execution ownership.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory Management

Manage daily inventory tracking across warehouses and sales platforms

Ensure stock accuracy, reconciliation, and timely updates

Monitor ageing, slow-moving, and excess inventory and flag risks proactively

Support stock planning based on sales trends and consumption

Supply Chain Operations

Coordinate with manufacturers, vendors, and logistics partners

Manage inbound and outbound shipments and replenishment cycles

Track dispatches, deliveries, returns, and damages

Ensure adherence to timelines and service levels

Platform & Order Coordination

Maintain inventory alignment across D2C website and marketplaces

Coordinate order fulfillment and resolve operational issues

Support sales and marketing teams during campaigns and promotions

Reporting & Process Compliance

Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports

Maintain proper documentation and records

Follow SOPs and suggest process improvements.

Required Skills & Experience

3+ years of experience in supply chain / inventory / operations (FMCG or D2C preferred)

Strong understanding of inventory control and logistics operations

Proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (reporting & tracking)

Strong coordination, follow-up, and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced startup environment
