Key Responsibilities & Duties

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with business goals,, including managing Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Procurement & Vendor Management: Identify suppliers, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and ensure quality standards.
  • Inventory & Logistics Management: Control stock levels, manage warehousing, and oversee distribution/transportation, including 3PL (third-party logistics).
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to identify bottlenecks, improve efficiency, and reduce operational costs.
  • Risk Mitigation: Develop contingency plans to manage disruptions, such as shipment delays or supply shortages.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor staff, driving continuous improvement and coordinating with internal departments.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience as a supply chain manager or in a similar logistics/procurement role.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in data analysis, demand forecasting, and supply chain software (e.g., ERP systems).
  • Negotiation: Strong ability to negotiate with vendors and service providers.
  • Leadership: Excellent communication and team management abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
