As the Global Vice President of Procurement, you will design and champion the roadmap that turns procurement into a competitive advantage—driving cost leadership today while shaping the supplier ecosystem of tomorrow.


What You Will Tackle

  • Build a multi-year procurement strategy that aligns with corporate growth, product innovation, and EBITDA objectives while embedding sustainability and risk mitigation.
  • Lead sourcing across hardware, electronics, contract manufacturing, logistics, software, and all indirect services, delivering best-value solutions for quality, cost, and service.
  • Establish executive-level supplier relationship management, negotiate master agreements, and champion joint-innovation initiatives that accelerate time-to-market.
  • Own cost-reduction, cost-avoidance, and working-capital programs that improve margins and free cash flow without sacrificing performance.
  • Deploy digital procurement tools, standardized policies, and KPI dashboards that provide real-time transparency and governance across regions.
  • Inspire a diverse, geographically dispersed organization—driving capability building, succession planning, and a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.


The Experience We Are Seeking

  • 15 + years of progressive global procurement and/or supply-chain leadership, including 5 + years at the senior-director level or above within technology-driven manufacturing, fintech, or hardware environments.
  • Proven record of negotiating complex, multi-million-dollar agreements and overseeing global supplier portfolios.
  • Demonstrated success driving enterprise-wide cost-optimization and transformation programs.
  • Strong financial acumen, executive presence, and the ability to influence C-suite stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
