Job Title: Supply Chain Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Supply Chain & Procurement Executive to manage supplier sourcing, procurement operations, and logistics coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring cost efficiency, supply continuity, and smooth coordination between vendors and internal departments to support overall business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers to strengthen and diversify the supply base.
• Source and develop alternative suppliers for existing products to ensure business continuity and risk mitigation.
• Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure consistent quality, reliability, and performance.
• Obtain, analyze, and compare supplier quotations to secure competitive pricing and favorable commercial terms.
• Negotiate pricing, quality standards, payment terms, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Finalize supplier agreements and issue Purchase Orders (POs) in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Plan and coordinate transportation activities to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records of procurement and logistics transactions.
• Collaborate closely with Finance and Operations teams to align supply chain activities with business requirements.
• Proactively identify, address, and resolve supply chain challenges to minimize operational disruptions.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.
• Experience in construction material management will be considered an added advantage.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Good organizational and coordination abilities.
• Strong communication skills with proficiency in English, Hindi, and Tamil (mandatory).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
