Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate
• MBA in Supply Chain preferred

Experience

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in Supply Chain or related field.
• Freshers with strong skills may also apply

Required Skills

• Analytical and problem solving ability
• Follow up skills & Discipline
• Good communication skills in writing and speaking
• Commercial understanding and logical thinking
• Ability to think strategically in fast moving environment
• Good computer knowledge (MS Office, Google Sheets, ERP preferred)

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue Purchase Orders to approved vendors
• Conduct regular follow ups with vendors for timely deliveries
• Maintain and monitor stock levels at various locations
• Coordinate sample collection and dispatch as required
• Check vendor and transporter bills and submit to Finance Department
• Support vendor evaluation and performance tracking
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure quality, quantity, delivery timelines, customer satisfaction, and cost control
• Assist in improving supply chain systems, processes and efficiency
