Job Title: Supply Executive – E-Commerce

Reports To: Supply Chain Manager / Supply Head

Job Summary

We are hiring a detail-oriented Supply Executive to manage day-to-day supply operations across marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, and Blinkit.

This is a pure execution role focused on shipment creation, inventory movement, removals, claims handling, and tracker maintenance — not planning or forecasting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage marketplace shipments (FBA/FBF & quick commerce platforms)
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners for timely dispatch & inwarding
• Track shipments and escalate delays
• Manage stock transfers and inventory movement records
• Maintain daily trackers (shipments, inventory, returns, claims, removals)
• Process removal orders and handle unsellable inventory
• Raise and follow up on reimbursement claims
• Coordinate debit notes with vendors and Accounts
• Ensure accurate documentation of inward/outward stock

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline
• 6 months –2 years of e-commerce operations experience preferred
• Basic knowledge of Amazon/Flipkart backend
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and documentation skills
• Detail-oriented and disciplined in execution

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹220,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
