Job description:

Ravisn LTD is hiring an experienced and results-driven Team Lead Sales Agent to lead global outreach initiatives, manage sales operations, and mentor the business development team. The ideal candidate should have strong B2B sales expertise, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of international logistics and freight forwarding.

Key Responsibilities Lead Generation & Client Outreach

• Identify and target international importers/exporters across industries including Textile, Tech, E-commerce, and Heavy Machinery.
• Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo.io, and other prospecting platforms.
• Develop and optimize cold calling scripts and email outreach strategies.
• Build and maintain a high-quality sales pipeline.

Sales & Pipeline Management

• Understand client shipping requirements, including Incoterms (EXW, FOB, DDP, DDU), container types, and transit timelines.
• Schedule and coordinate strategy meetings between potential clients and management.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and Google Sheets from lead generation to final booking.
• Ensure smooth follow-up and pipeline progression.

Team Leadership & Reporting

• Conduct daily team huddles to review KPIs, call performance, and lead quality.
• Mentor junior agents on objection handling, sales communication, and logistics concepts.
• Prepare weekly performance and conversion reports for management.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of experience in B2B Sales, International Sales, or Telesales.
• Prior experience in Freight Forwarding or Logistics is highly preferred.
• Strong spoken English with a professional American or Neutral accent.
• Good understanding of Air Freight, Sea Freight, Customs Clearance, and shipping documentation.
• Proficiency in LinkedIn prospecting tools, CRM systems, Google Sheets, and Excel.
• Ability to work in the Night Shift (06:00 PM – 02:00 AM) aligned with international markets.

• Location: Lakshmi chowk, Lahore (Onsite)
• Working Days: Monday to Saturday
• Working Hours: 06:00 PM – 02:00 AM
