Confec Algerie Confectionery & Agro Supply LLC is expanding its operations in Oman, and we are looking for a motivated Supply Chain Executive / Logistics Coordinator to support our fast-paced distribution and trading activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily supply chain operations including procurement, inventory, and logistics
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment of goods
• Manage relationships with suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to warehouses and clients
• Prepare and maintain accurate documentation (invoices, shipping documents, reports)
• Optimize inventory control and reduce operational costs
• Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and company standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or FMCG distribution
• Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics coordination
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and supply chain systems (ERP experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
