HIRING: Supply Chain Executive – QSR Segment

Ortak Consultants (Pvt.) Limited is looking for a skilled Supply Chain Executive to manage product development and the complete supply chain for a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) brand.

Location: Karachi

Industry: Food / Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

Salary: Market Competitive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage the supply chain for QSR products.

- Support product development and testing with operations and R&D teams.

- Source and evaluate suppliers for food ingredients, packaging, and raw materials.

- Ensure cost-effective procurement while maintaining quality standards.

- Oversee inventory planning, demand forecasting, and logistics.

- Maintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with food safety requirements.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in food supply chain, procurement, or product development.

- Experience in bakeries, fast food, QSR, or related food segments is essential.

- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills.
