Role Overview

We are looking for a Store In charge to efficiently manage paint and raw material inventories across our warehouses. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate stock records, updating bin cards, reconciling inventory in Excel and ERP, and preparing periodic reports using ChatGPT and other digital tools.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update bin cards and physical stock records.
• Manage inventory entries in Excel and ERP systems.
• Generate and analyze stock reports using ChatGPT or other AI tools.
• Coordinate with production and purchase teams to ensure smooth material flow.
• Monitor stock levels, shortages, and reorders.
• Ensure FIFO and maintain proper storage and labeling standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in store or inventory management (preferably in paint, chemical, or manufacturing sector).
• Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and digital reporting tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bachelors degree preferred (Commerce, Supply Chain, or related field).

Working Timings: 8:30 am - 5:30 pm
