Supply Chain Executive - RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization)

Robust Support & Solutions is looking to hire a "Supply Chain Executive - RMA ( (Return Merchandise Authorization).

Office Location: PECHS, BLOCK 6, Night Shift: 9PM to 6AM – Six days a week – Monday till Saturday – On-site Position.

About the Role:

Robust Support & Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive RMA Executive to manage and streamline our returns process. This role involves overseeing end-to-end RMA operations, including 3PL logistics, real-time support, device audits, vendor coordination, and returns management. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate processing in alignment with business rules.

Key Responsibilities:

· Oversee the complete RMA process, including logistics, inventory returns, warranties, and trade-ins.

· Coordinate with front-end teams, vendors, and internal departments to maintain operational efficiency.

· Analyze return compensations from wireless companies and ensure accurate reconciliation.

· Inspect devices prior to return and resolve discrepancies within defined timelines.

· Track shipments and collaborate with vendors to guarantee correct deliveries.

· Manage return disputes to ensure cost recovery and compliance.

· Provide real-time support to field teams for smooth return operations.

· Develop performance metrics and identify opportunities for process improvement.

· Prepare and analyze reports on return performance and cost efficiency.

· Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly returns reconciliation.

Requirements:

· Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

· 1–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management.

· Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

· Proficiency in MS Excel (Advanced); ERP experience is a plus.

· Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
