Supply Chain Finance Lead

Overview:

This role serves as a strategic Finance Business Partner for Supply Chain across the MENA region, driving end-to-end financial ownership across Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver activities. The position focuses on enhancing financial visibility, improving cost efficiency, optimizing working capital, and enabling data-driven decision-making across procurement, manufacturing, and logistics operations.

What will you do:

  • Partner with Supply Chain stakeholders to drive financial performance across planning, sourcing, manufacturing, and delivery
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, identifying risks and opportunities
  • Monitor and optimize inventory levels, Days on Hand (DOH), and excess & obsolete (E&O) exposure
  • Analyze material costs, price variances (PPV), and validate procurement savings initiatives
  • Support plant financials, including standard costing, productivity improvements, and cost structure analysis
  • Evaluate logistics and distribution costs, driving efficiency across warehouse and transportation networks
  • Deliver actionable insights through KPI tracking (inventory, PLOH, logistics costs, savings delivery)
  • Establish governance frameworks and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting


Minimum Qualifications

  • 6–10+ years of experience in Finance, FP&A, Supply Chain Finance, or Operations Finance
  • Strong knowledge of standard costing, inventory management, PPV, and operational finance
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders in a matrix organization
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling capabilities
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into clear insights
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Experience working across multiple countries or regions is a plus
