Supply chain head

We are seeking a dynamic leader to head our Sourcing, Supply Chain & Quality Operations. This role will drive strategies across vendor sourcing, product lifecycle management, supply chain optimization, and after-sales services while leading a large, high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

· Lead and oversee sourcing, supply chain, and quality assurance functions end-to-end.

· Drive supplier management, inventory planning, warehousing, and distribution.

· Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.

· Oversee product lifecycle from vendor onboarding to customer satisfaction.

· Develop, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

· Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and risk controls.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s in Supply Chain/Logistics/Business (Master’s preferred).

· 15+ years of experience in sourcing & supply chain, including 5+ years in leadership.

· Proven expertise in process implementation, supplier/vendor management, and cost optimization.

Age: Above 40 Years

• Working Hours: 10 Am- 6:30 Pm
• Working Days: 6 Days (Monday -Saturday)
• Strong Background: OEMs, Sourcing of Finished Goods, Indian Markets, Supply chain- e commerce
• Leading a team of four people (Quality, Sourcing, After sales, Supply)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
