Position Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and organized Supply Chain Intern to support our supply chain and procurement operations. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the automotive supply chain industry and grow within a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive RFQs (Request for Quotations) from customers and initiate inquiries with suppliers
• Coordinate with the purchase team for local procurement requirements
• Follow up with the purchase team and suppliers for both local and import items
• Prepare and send accurate quotations to customers against RFQs
• Maintain a database of all RFQs and quotations
• Follow up with customers for the finalization of submitted quotations
• Assist the relevant team with delivery coordination after receiving customer Purchase Orders (POs)
• Support supply chain process documentation and reporting
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Seniors or Manager

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA (completed or in final semester)
• Minimum 6 months of experience in a similar field preferred
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team
