To establish India as a preferred sourcing destination through the identification, support and maintenance of an Indian supply chain network, to facilitate the low cost sourcing of new and existing parts / products for various business units of Xtrawrkx

What You Will Do

• Support tactical sourcing goals by actively working with suppliers to ensure all the RFQ’s and quotes are received on time
• Maintain database for all the RFQ and prepare quote comparison
• Support the SCM team to perform a monthly report out of RFQ’s with action plan
• For matters beyond their control, perform the necessary escalations and co-ordinate with concerned departments to ensure issues are resolved.
• Support compliance and audit readiness documentation within the SCM function.
• Travel domestically within India when necessary to bring issues to closure.

What Makes You An Ideal Candidate

An Engineering graduate, preferred Mechanical Engineering

• Knowledge of MS office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and should be multi-lingual to be able to effectively communicate to suppliers across India.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with all team members and suppliers.
• High degree of ethics and personal conduct.
• Must be able and willing to travel domestically when required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
