About Us:

We are a Shree Ganesh Cables. We are seeking an experienced and skilled Purchase Executive to join our procurement team.

Job Summary:

The Purchase Executive will be responsible for procuring goods, materials, and services from suppliers and vendors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Source and procure goods, materials, and services from suppliers and vendors.

2. Negotiate prices, terms, and conditions with suppliers to achieve best value for the company.

3. Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery and quality of goods and services.

4. Conduct market research to identify new suppliers and opportunities for cost savings.

5. Prepare and manage purchase orders, contracts, and other procurement documents.

6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement requirements and provide procurement support.

7. Analyze procurement data and provide insights to inform procurement decisions.

8. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.

2. Minimum 2-3 years of experience in procurement or purchasing role.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

6. Proficient in Microsoft Office and procurement software.

7. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
