Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist in inventory management using Zoho Inventory, ensuring accurate tracking of stock levels and movement.

Analyze and manage supply chain data using MS Excel (advanced).

Coordinate with vendors and logistics partners to ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods.

Support the team in vendor relationship management, including documentation, follow-ups, and performance tracking.

Help manage purchase orders, invoices, and delivery schedules using Zoho tools and internal systems.

Work on task management tools to track daily assignments, priorities, and completion timelines.

Identify potential inefficiencies and suggest improvements in supply chain processes.

Maintain clear documentation of supply chain activities and provide weekly status updates.
