Job Overview

Essity is hiring a Supply Chain Lead with strong hands-on experience in raw materials sourcing, packaging materials, and import operations. The ideal candidate will come from FMCG, Manufacturing, Textile, or Pharma API industries and be ready to lead supply chain operations at a managerial level.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end supply chain operations for raw and packaging materials
Plan, procure, and manage raw materials and packaging materials
Handle imports, logistics coordination, and documentation
Develop and maintain supplier relationships
Ensure timely material availability for uninterrupted production
Monitor inventory levels and optimize supply planning

Drive cost optimization, efficiency, and process improvements

Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards

Qualifications & Experience

Education from IBA / IoBM / SZABIST only
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / Procurement / Materials Management
Strong experience with Raw Materials in:
FMCG
Manufacturing
Textile
Pharma API
Hands-on experience in Packaging Material handling
Basic to Intermediate knowledge of import functions
Excellent English communication skills
Currently at Deputy Manager level or ready for a Supply Chain Lead role.
