Job Purpose
Lead and manage the end-to-end Supply Chain operations in Türkiye across Opella Consumer Healthcare’s portfolio, ensuring alignment with global and regional strategies.
Drive excellence in Integrated Business Plan (IBP), Customer Service, Distribution, and Inventory Management to guarantee product availability at optimal cost and quality.
Act as a strategic partner to commercial, regulatory, and finance teams, while fostering a high-performance culture within the supply chain organization.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
  • Develop and implement Supply Chain strategies aligned with Opella Consumer Healthcare’s global and regional goals.
  • Lead the S&OP/IBP process to ensure accurate forecasting, demand planning, and alignment with commercial and financial targets.
  • Continuously assess market dynamics, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adapt supply chain strategies.
Operational Excellence
  • Ensure timely product availability through effective inventory management, demand planning, and distribution.
  • Monitor and improve OTIF (On-Time In-Full) performance, ensuring delivery reliability and customer satisfaction across all channels.
  • Optimize local stock levels, minimizing obsolescence and maximizing responsiveness to market needs.
  • Supervise importation processes and ensure compliance with local regulatory requirements.
Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Finance, Quality) and external partners (CMOs, 3PLs, wholesalers, authorities).
  • Provide actionable insights and data to support financial planning, budgeting, and performance tracking.
  • Lead communication with health & customs authorities and regulatory bodies when required.
Team Leadership & Development
  • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing supply chain team.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and accountability.
  • Be a role model for Opella Challenger behaviours such as All in-Together, Outcome-obsessed, Radically Simple and Courageous.
  • Implement tailored talent development and succession plans to build future capabilities.
Compliance & Risk Management
  • Ensure adherence to Opella Consumer Healthcare’s Code of Ethics, Quality standards, and Health & Safety regulations.
  • Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, escalating critical issues to senior management.
  • Maintain robust SOPs and contingency plans for business continuity.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Supply Chain, preferably in both pharmaceutical and FMCG sectors.
  • Proven experience in leading IBP, S&OP, customer service, logistics, and distribution operations.
  • Previous team management experience is required.
  • Fluent in Turkish and English.
