Supply Chain & Logistics Executive (International Operations)

Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and detail-oriented individual for the role of Supply Chain & Logistics Executive. The ideal candidate must have strong English communication skills and hands-on experience in logistics operations, shipment handling, and coordination with international partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate shipment records and perform data entry tasks
• Coordinate with international courier and logistics partners
• Handle calls and communication related to shipments (English required)
• Monitor shipment tracking and provide timely updates
• Assist in customs clearance processes
• Resolve shipment-related issues and delays

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (mandatory)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Prior experience in supply chain/logistics is preferred
• Good data entry and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
