Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain Management Manager to lead our team in managing the procurement, inventory management, and distribution of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals across the hospital. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in pharmacy and a strong background in supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare setting, and possess excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve patient care.

2. Procurement: Manage procurement activities, including sourcing, contracting, and purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, and pharmaceuticals.

3. Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management, including inventory control, stockroom management, and asset management.

4. Distribution and Logistics: Manage the distribution of supplies and equipment to patient care areas, including logistics and transportation.

5. Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and resolve issues.

6. Data Analysis: Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, opportunities for cost savings, and process improvements.

7. Team Management: Lead and develop a team of supply chain professionals, providing coaching, training, and performance management.

8. Compliance: Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, hospital policies, and procedures.

Requirements:

-Bachelor's degree in pharmacy

- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in a healthcare setting

- Proven leadership and management experience

- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills

- Experience with supply chain management software and systems

- Experience with healthcare supply chain management software.

- Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulatory requirements

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
