Supply Chain Management Analyst

Specific Job Responsibilities:


Develop and deliver analytics dashboards and reports using Power BI, Excel, and SAP.

Collaborate with regional and market-level teams to standardize reporting frameworks, ensuring consistency and comparability across geographies.

Translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions that support business areas such as commercial, supply chain, finance, R&D functions and many others.

Analyse large datasets to uncover business trends, risks, and opportunities.

Support data governance and quality initiatives, ensuring accuracy and integrity of information. · Partner with global and local stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver insights, and support data-driven decision-making. · Provide training and documentation to end users on BI tools and reporting dashboards. · Continuously identify opportunities to automate processes and improve reporting efficiency.

Relevant Functional/Technical Skills or Industry Experience:


Key Skills and Qualifications:


3–5+ years of experience in business analytics, preferably within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.

Proficiency in Power BI for creating interactive dashboards and visualizations.

Strong Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, macros, etc.).

Hands-on experience with SAP systems, especially in data extraction and integration.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a global, matrixed organization with multiple stakeholders.

Knowledge of data governance and pharmaceutical regulatory compliance is a plus.


Preferred Attributes:

Experience working in a global or multi-regional environment.

Understanding of pharmaceutical commercial models, product lifecycles, and supply chain dynamics.

Familiarity with SQL or other data querying tools is a plus.


Educational Background:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science, Pharmacy, or a related field
