Supply Chain Management Executive

Accadamic:

· Batchlor Degree with Supply Chain background

Experience:

· 1-2 year’s of Experience in Similar Field

Duties & Responsibilities:

· Handling in Hand Orders Untill Delivery

· Co-ordinate with the Manufacturer, Fright Forwarder and Customer until Delivery.

· Follow-up With Manufacturer During Production Update every Update to the Customer.

· Minimum Technical knowledge is required If not at least ready to learn

· More Knowledge about the Shipping via, Courier, Air and Sea.

· Want to Manage minimum of 10 orders Without any Collapse.

· If required he or She want to prepare the Quote as well to the Customer.

KPI:-

· On-time Delivery Rate (%) :- Target: ≥ 95%

· Minimum 10 active orders without delay

· Zero critical errors

· Production update at least once per week

· 100% updates shared within 24 hours of receiving info

· No order collapse due to miscoordination

Outcome: -

Ensure end-to-end order execution from receipt to delivery with timely coordination, accurate documentation, and improved customer satisfaction.
