We are seeking a visionary and experienced Supply Chain Practice Leader with a strong medical background to lead strategic initiatives and drive innovation across healthcare supply chain operations. This role will be instrumental in shaping best practices, optimizing performance, and delivering value-based outcomes in complex healthcare environments.

• Lead the development and execution of supply chain strategies across healthcare networks or client organizations.
• Serve as a subject matter expert in healthcare logistics, procurement, and inventory management.
• Collaborate with medical, clinical, and administrative leaders to align supply chain practices with patient care and regulatory standards.
• Design and implement scalable supply chain models that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Advanced degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
• Clinical or medical background (e.g., nursing, pharmacy, biomedical sciences) is preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in healthcare supply chain leadership or consulting.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale supply chain transformations.
• Deep understanding of healthcare compliance, accreditation, and logistics standards.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
• Experience with ERP systems, supply chain analytics, and digital tools.
