Supply Chain Manager

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (4-year program).

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in a senior procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management role within an API 6A and/or API 6D certified company.
• Proven ability to implement and execute purchasing requirements as part of the company’s Quality Management System (QMS), in compliance with API Spec Q1.
• Demonstrated expertise in vendor selection, qualification, and ongoing performance evaluation in line with API Spec Q1.
• Strong knowledge of ARAMCO material requirements and procurement standards.
• Familiarity with local content requirements (IKTVA), ensuring compliance with Saudi Vision 2030 initiatives.
• Proficiency in handling long-term supply agreements, strategic sourcing initiatives, and contract negotiations to achieve cost optimization and reliable delivery performance.
• Strong skills in international sourcing, logistics, and customs clearance procedures in Saudi Arabia.
• Ability to work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure materials and services meet project and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills to effectively manage internal teams and develop strong partnerships with key suppliers.
