Supply Chain Manager
to join our company, which operates in the food and alcoholic beverages sector.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Industrial Engineering,

At least three years of experience as a Supply Chain Manager in the fast-moving consumer goods sector and preferably in the alcoholic beverages sector,
-
Expertise in Demand Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Warehouse Management, and Import functions,
-
Experience with IFS is preferred,

Experience in leadership roles in organizational structuring and change management,
-
Strategic perspective, financial and analytical perspective, and commercial acumen,
-
Detailed and systematic work principles, solution and result-oriented,
-
Ethical and committed to confidentiality,

Effective in goal management and able to guide, motivate, and coach the team,

Able to work in coordination and collaboration with other departments of the company,

Strong representation and presentation skills,

Ability to effectively use MS Office and online meeting tools, adapt technological developments to business processes,

Experience working with ERP systems and/or in the process of transitioning to ERP systems,

Job Description:

Developing supply chain strategies by taking into account business objectives, sectoral, economic, customer and competitive factors, identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing measures that will increase supply chain performance,

Optimizing Supply Chain activities, analyzing workflows, identifying bottlenecks, problem areas and critical control points and ensuring the creation of innovative solutions,

To ensure integration and efficiency in all functions by auditing the entire supply chain process from demand planning to delivery,
-
Managing the supply chain budget by meeting service quality and financial targets, developing models to evaluate how product costs and operational costs will affect the total cost, determining and implementing total cost savings,

Leading the team to develop forecast models, manage inventory and warehouses, and create accurate forecasts and plans by coordinating with the Sales and Marketing departments,

Supervise purchasing, planning, import, logistics and distribution, establish supplier evaluation system to ensure smooth operations,
-
Using data analytics and KPIs to monitor and measure supply chain effectiveness, monitoring KPIs and determining necessary analyzes and actions, checking that operations comply with service level agreements (SLA), budgets, delivery times and other performance measurements,

Implement best practices to improve inventory management and shorten lead times,

Ensuring on-time, cost-effective delivery,

Developing risk mitigation strategies for risks, developing emergency plans, preparing alternative business plans and developing models to ensure that the continuity of the Supply Chain is not disrupted,

Negotiating contracts and terms with suppliers to obtain favorable agreements,

Collaborating with commercial teams. Establishing strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders in order to increase customer satisfaction and encourage growth, measuring service quality and ensuring that necessary actions are taken in line with the evaluation,

Ensuring that Supply Chain activities comply with relevant regulations, industry standards and Corporate Social Responsibility activities (Environmental Management, etc)
